Protek Group After-Sales Services Unit has established a Contracted Maintenance System to ensure that your devices, even those outside the warranty scope, remain in effective and high-performance working order, and to provide professional-level service. You can choose the most suitable maintenance intervals for your devices. With the Maintenance Contract: labour charges are waived for repairs that do not require spare parts.

This makes it more economical. Periodic maintenance reduces the likelihood of your devices malfunctioning. Technical consultancy services provided to devices under maintenance contracts are free of charge. User training for device users is also provided free of charge. Contracted customers are given priority for fault repairs. Technical information about your devices is continuously recorded and updated. This ensures that a technical record is kept.
