MTK SERIES TEST CABINET
THE BEST CLIMATE CONDITIONS
The glass-panelled metal door allows samples to be observed without affecting the humidity and temperature values inside the chamber.
Considering cold and hot test temperatures, insulation is of great importance for the efficiency of the product. The insulation of MTK Test Chamber devices is provided by injected high-density polyurethane.
Humidity is provided by a humidity generator and measured by a humidity sensor inside the chamber. This ensures that humidity is measured with the utmost precision. Temperature is controlled by a PID, humidification and cooling proportional control system.
In addition to the fault diagnosis system, there is an adjustable safety thermostat used for heating.
The powerful air circulation provided by the fan ensures excellent temperature and humidity distribution and stability, even at low temperatures.
There is a quick recovery time after the door opens and closes.
Automatic Water Supply.
UNIQUE LOCKING SYSTEM
It provides ultra-tight sealing and security thanks to the lock that can be locked at two points.
STRONG AND UNIQUE DESIGN
Appropriate materials have been selected in the construction of the device to ensure high-level durability, quality and reliability.
The chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer body is manufactured from epoxy-coated galvanised steel that is unaffected by high humidity levels.
ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEM
The MTK Series Test Chambers are equipped with an advanced microprocessor-based control system.
The device's user panel features a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
The MTK Series Test Chambers can be connected to a computer via an optional RS 232 connection.
Production is carried out in accordance with the TS EN 61010-1 standard (Safety requirements for electrical equipment used in measurement, control and laboratory applications).
Furthermore, the refrigerant gas and insulation material used in MTK Series Test Chambers are environmentally friendly and do not contain CFCs.
Program Memory: The device has 24 programmes and a memory capacity for 99 programme repeats.
